Yes , you are eligible for pursuing MA after your graduation in science stream i.e. b.sc as the basic eligibility criterion to be fulfilled by students for applying to MA course is completion of Bachelor's degree in any stream. For example to be eligible for admission in DU for MA economic on entrance basis , eligiblity is a Graduate  in any subject from the DU or any Indian University recognized by DU. So , yes you can  pursue MA after b.sc .
