Yes, you can do an Masters in automobile engineering after doing graduation in mechanical engineering. As a ME you have knowledge about the basic concepts of mechanisms as well as internal combustion motors, dinamic, static, power plants which are all related to automobile engineering.

You need to write entrance exam and get good rank
Be positive about any branch that will be their own integrated
