Dear Anees, CAT allows Bachelor's degree of any discipline to appear for its entrance examination. The only cardinal rule being you should have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% if you belong to General Category and 45% if you belong to Reserved Categories.Infact IIMs and Top B Schools give few points to Academic diversity. Like IIM Ahmedabad follows this rating for 10th and 12th Science Streams:

You can definitely pursue MBA after completing Bsc. in CBZ because MBA is a masters programme admission to which is applicable if you have a bachelors degree certificate. You just have to secure the required graduation marks or sit for the CAT, MAT, XAT etc. or qualify the entrance examination of the college you opt for to get admission.
