Yes,you can do MBA after doing bachelor's in interior designing and but you should know that MBA and interior designing are totally different field. I suggest you that you can also do masters in interior designing rather than doing in management.
But if you want to proceed for mba than you need to crack some xams like 
1.CAT
2.XAT
3.GMAT
4.SNAP  to get admission in MBA college/universities
And there are many colleges where you can get direct admission also but I would like to say that cracking exams and than taking admission according to your marks will help you more and increase your placements opportunities bcz reputed college means more placements.
