Yes, you can do MBA from Australia after completion of Bachelor's in Arts in English. However, many institutes ask for work experience before taking admission of candidates in their institute, so it'll be beneficial if you get some work experience before going for MBA from Australia. Also, you'll need to clear either IELTS Exam or TOEFL to join MBA course.

Yes , you can do MBA after BA English all you have to do is to score minimum 50 % in your under graduate course from a recognized university and good percentile in national level entrance tests like MAT, CAT,  or institute/Universities conducting entrance tests like LPUNEST , XAT .

Further for Australia you have to give some entrance exams like IELTS, TOEFL OR PTE which is mandatory .
