Yes you can pursue MCA after B.Sc computer applications. It is one of the best course , you can choose after graduating. J MCA is  a three year postgraduate degree . In comparison to just having B.Sc Computer applications degree, having MCA degree acts as an add on to you skills and it will give you more exposure to many skills of computer as well as , it will also provide you a lot of new job opportunities.
