As per recent UGC guidelines, candidates can now pursue two courses simultaneously, the only condition is one has to be done through distance mode and another through regular mode, so you can pursue two courses at the same time provided you follow the aforementioned rule, as BEd is a teacher training's program so unless you have experiences to your credit you cannot pursue it through distance mode, hence it's best to pursue it in regular mode, and you can do MCom through distance mode, there are various options regarding this to choose as per your preference.
