If you want to do a MD in Microbiology then you need to complete your MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by MCI with 50% marks atleast.

Now after BSc Microbiology you can go for the MSc Microbiology  or you can go for the Integrated PhD after BSc or PhD after your MSc. You can't do MD in Microbiology after your BSc in Microbiology.
