I'm sorry but no , you are not eligible to give any medical entrance examination if you don't have biology in class 12 .

But still you have the choice of opting PCMB (phy , chem , maths+bio) if you don't wanna go for pure medical stream .

But still I suggest you think very carefully about your future & please listen to your inner voice (just don't follow the herd) & the best thing is , you still have an option to switch over from your current stream since you're still in class 11.

no, you can not change pcm to PCB in 12th.

now you have two choices, either you can continue with pcm or you have to repeat 11th with pcb.

Hello Vinod,

You can change courses from engineering to medical before entering 12th class. You should report this to the college you are studying in. You should cope up with the syllabus of class 11 biology and learn the concepts by yourself. In addition to PCM you will have biology as an extra subject.
