Yes you can do Msc Zoology , but there are only a few colleges who gives admission based on this criteria thus check the eligibility criteria of the institute your going to apply

Any candidate who wishes to pursue a Master of Science in Zoology should have a bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences, Allied Sciences, Biosciences, or any Life Sciences specialization. They should have scored at least 50% marks at the undergraduate level from a recognized university
