You can pursue Mtech after Msc, not after Bsc. That too is a long process as you'll complete Msc in 2 years again you'll have to qualify GATE for Mtech.

Unless and until you are absolutely interested I wouldn't suggest this pathway. If you attempt GATE you need to be thorough with the subject and it will be twice the effort for you. Instead, you can pursue a Ph.D. abroad after your Msc.
