Yes you can join for M.Tech in Computer Science even if you have completed your B.Tech in another field, provided that the college that you are seeking admission for has included your B.Tech branch in the eligibility criteria. So I suggest that you go through the official college site and check for such conditions for the specialisation that you are interested in and give the gate exam accordingly.
