Hi shrawan

Yes of course you can drop even two years if selected for NEET. And in general students usually take up to 2 years to get into MBBS. And if a student has rich parents they get into MBBS without cracking entrance exam through management quota. So you can without having a single thought in mind drop the first year of college.
