Criteria to be eligible for JEE Advance exams is as follows:-

• Candidate must have rank in between top 2,24,000,and should have also cleared the cutoff for JEE Mains exam
• Candidates can be in the age 25 or above ;earlier it was less than 25.
• Candidates must have passed the 12th examination in 2018 or appearing candidates of 2019.
• Candidates belonging to general category must have a minimum score of 75% and reserved category candidate must score a minimum of 65%.

Since you have the required rank within the range you are eligible for Jee advance but you should also check your percentage whether it is in required range.

As per the released cutoffs of various categories for qualifying to JEE advanced for JEE mains, the cutoff of OBC category is 74.3 percentile. It is based on percentile and not rank. Anyone securing percentile equal to or above the cutoff percentile is eligible for JEE advanced and same is applicable to you as well.
