Frankly speaking with a score of 410 you will not be able to get a medical seat under 15% quota.

Only a score above 552 was considered for MBBS seats in the last year in Doon medical college.
However the chances may get better if you belong to the reserved categories.

You didn't mention your category,  so I am assuming you from general Category and if you are from general category then unfortunately,  410 marks is very low when it comes to getting a seat in Government Doon Medical College, Dehradun.
For example, last year marks required in neet for general category for Government Doon Medical College, Dehradun was 503.
so you not get seat unluckily.
