It's difficult to predict about the exact possibilities of admission. It depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the highest score, whether you belong to any category or not. Cut-off changes from state to state. It also varies from state quota seats to all india quota seats.
You haven't mentioned the state. However, with 350 marks in NEET the chances of getting admission in government medical colleges, Dental Colleges seems less, however you can get admission to private colleges and deemed university. To get admission in government colleges you need to score 450, it's better if you score above 500.
