As dnb is conducted by the national board of acaddemy of India as it is a prestigious exam in India for the medical seat as for the clinical dnb for the general  category u may or mat not get seat in the medical college as in medical the seats are very less they take intake of students around 4000 members and 68000 rank means that you may or may nor seat as the chances are very less so less so better tey for the other course which is having course of high priority and may get success All the best and study well and u may get all success in your life by scoring good marks i think my suggestions and knowledge may be useful to u.
