According to the fifth cutoff list, the percentage required for B.com at Swami Shradanand college stands at 86.5 %. You missed it by just a percent. DU had notified that it would release only 5 cutoff lists from this year. We cannot really hope that there will be more lists coming, unless there is a considerable number of vacant seats and the university changes its decision which seems unlikely in the present scenario. 

You may opt for other courses in better colleges of DU. If you are adamant about B.com, you need to look for admission in other universities or private colleges.
