There is no chance. Even for off campus college the least cutoff goes for general category is 89% for bcom program and most of the seats have been already filled and closed for general category.

Hello!
It's really tough to get Delhi university with this marks. Many colleges have closed their cutoffs for BCom in general category.
For now, there is no chance.
Rest depends on the next cutoff.
