No you cannot fill fresh choices for round 2nd of NEET UG counselling of Bihar as it only allows to apply in round 1st with final choices and the choices that have been locked before round 1st will be considered for both the rounds. Also you cannot apply directly for round 2nd for Bihar NEET UG counselling.

-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks

******* Only those candidates who have scored marks according to the above qualifying cut-offs in NEET UG 2021, would be eligible for counselling.
