According to the UPSEE Domicile Eligibility Criteria, Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the institutions located in UP or whose parent(s) are a domicile of UP can apply for UPSEE 2019.

Also, candidates who have studied or passed qualifying examination from outside UP, will have to produce domicile certificate of their parents (father or mother only) during document verification.

Also, if your parents are not a domicile of UP and passed the qualifying exam from outside UP then also you can apply for the entrance exam. You will be available for admission to 10% seats available in private institutions affiliated to AKTU.
