Can i fill the form of jee mains 2023 if i am appearing in class 12th in 2022?

Dear aspirant hope you are doing well..

yes you can fill the jee mains form in appearing year of class 12th..

you can give jee mains 3 consecutive year including class 12th appearing year..

Any student who has passed the 12th class or its equivalent exam in the year 2020, 2021, or appearing in 2022 can apply for the entrance exam. Students can appear in the JEE Main exam for three consecutive years. The entrance test will be conducted four times a year.

Yes, you can definitely fill the form of jee main 2023 with 12th appearing year as 2022 as you are eligible for it

This is because,

One can give JEE Mains entrance examination for a maximum of 3 consecutive years starting from the year of appearing 12th board examination.

Now,

your year of appearing for 12th board examination is 2022

So, with 2022 as 12th board exam appearing year you

  • are eligible for jee main 2022

  • eligible for jee main 2023 and

  • eligible for jee main 2024

One is eligible for JEE advanced examination for a maximum of two consecutive years starting from the year of appearing for 12th board examination.

Now, your 12th appearing year is 2022

So, being appearing for 12th board examination in 2022

  • you are eligible for JEE advanced 2022

Greetings!

Jee main is one of the national level exam. A student can appear for JEE main in three consecutive year followed by the year in which he appear for class12. Yes, you can appear for JEE 2023. Also, if you want to have an experience of this paper, you can register for 2022 also. It may happen that this year only you will score good. The paper will be consisting of 90 question,out of which you had to appear for 75 question only i.e 20 MCQ and 5 numerical based from each of physics, chemistry and maths.

Yes you can apply for joint entrance examination mains. This is so because according to the most basic eligibility criteria of joint entrance exam mains as mentioned below:

  • If you are appearing in the 2023 board examination then you can apply for 2023 joint entrance examination as well.
  • If you have passed 12th class from a recognised board such a Central Board of Secondary Education for any other state recognised board even then you are eligible for joint entrance examination.
  • If you have qualified any examination which is equivalent to the 12th class board even then you are eligible for appearing in joint entrance examination.

It must be remember that you can appear in joint entrance exam mains for three consecutive years. You can appear in one of the four items which are conducted every year of joint entrance exams.
