I am sorry to say but the last date of receiving application for NEET 2019 was 7th of December 2018. So you can't apply now. The important dates of NEET 2019 are given in the link given below -

No it is not possible now to fill the NEET UG application forms for 2019. The registration process has already been completed on 7th of december. If you still wish to give yourself a try, you can go for AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER MBBS.
These both are university level entrance exams for medical courses. The application process for AIIMS is still open and for JIPMER it is not yet started.
Or you cam simply complete your class 12th in the month of march then study for a year and fill up NEET UG 2020 form an appear for that.
