Yes... You can fill the forms as the date for submission of forms has been extended till 22 April 2019

I am sorry to say that as the last date of the BA LLB entrance form fill-up of Jamia Milia Islamia was 12th April 2019. So, the last date was over so I think you will only apply it next year.
