Yes, you can get 100 marks in Physics by reading the following topics. But that would be the best case scenario. And doing this is not advisable. 

You can get 100 marks if you get all these questions right and then don't commit any other mistakes that could lead to negative marking. 

I suggest you to do questions from all topics (at least the most commonly asked) and revise these topics thoroughly.

The topics you have mentioned are important but it will be a big statement to say that these are enough for a good total.

Electromagnetism is one of the very important topic.

Questions from modern physics and waves are also asked almost every year and carry good weightage. 

Hence it is recommended to read every topic and never miss anything.
