Hello! AIIMS paper is not allowed to be taken out of examination hall whereas JIPMER has online examination. So whatever paper set you find in market are memory based and yes, you do get them in market. NEET (previously AIPMT) papers are available in market under different publications or coaching centres. You can get them from those sources.
