With 499 your rank will be around 45000. With this rank  and being OBC Category candidate you have a good  chance to get a BAMS seat in Rajasthan . Though it depends upon cut off of the college. Cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off, etc.

Cut off for BAMS  government college for UR Category is 420+ and for OBC Category it is 400+, for SC Category it is 380+ , for St cut off is 350+
