Hope are absolutely fine, as per your query, it is quite difficult to get Govt. BAMS seat from 400 marks in NEET , you have not mentioned your category so i am considering it general. For safer side you should have 550+ marks in NEET to get government BAMS seat and for private colleges you should score at least 300+ marks.
