Yes definitely you will got the chance to increase college choices in the second round in IPU CET. You can do the choice filling in the second round the same as you did in the first round. You can add more colleges and can modify them accordingly.

KCC Institute of legal and higher education located in greater Noida is the one college i would suggest you to include in your list.
