Yes! Of course you can go for Dual degree course simultaneously, UGC- University Grants Commission has approved a proposal to allow students to persue 2 degree programs at the same time.

The one degree has to be in the regular mode and another one is either you can taken as an Open and distance learning or Online mode. Candidate can persue 2 degrees in different streams as well as from different institutions, She/ He may opt for the same institutions.
