I assume you are from Maharashtra.This year the NEET competition has increased and cutoffs have gone up. Based on our rank the overall predicted score would be around 385100 - 455250. Which is quite low for a government BDS seat. So I guess you will have to go for private management seat and since you have reservation , you may try attending the state counselling to see if you may have last minute seats.
