It is not possible to get a government college in this rank, irrespective of the state you belong from. You have to score atleast 190 marks for a government college if you belong from general category.170 marks needed if you are from OBC and 140 to 150 marks is needed if you are from sc/St category.according to your case you belong from Odisha getting a government college in this rank is not possible.hope it will help you.thanks
