each year the cut-off changes due to change in the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, change in the pattern of exam, etc. if the previous year's trend continues and if you have domicile of Karnataka then you have a fair chance to get a govt mbbs seats because the cut off for obc category for all the colleges was less than 429 previous year.

If you dont have domicile of that state then it is hard to say since the data isn't available for all the college for obc category in AIQ and for the ones who's data is available, its cut off was around 517. The trend has been that the obc cut off has been close to general cut off and the general category cut off for AIQ for all the colleges of Karnataka was above 500.
