Hello Vipasha. The eligibility criteria required to get hired at bpo is listed below. 

• The basic educational qualification expected now a days is a degree in any discipline(arts, science or commerce). Earlier people with a pass in 12th standard were considered. But now most of them look for a basic degree completion though some of the domestic call centres may consider even if the degree is not complete.
• Good written communications skills in english
• Good oral communication. You should be able to talk with good pronounciation and vocabulary.
• Be able to speak in confidence on any topic - expecially in Group discussions.
• Have good listening skills. You should be able to listen patiently and answer appropriately.
• Good and pleasing voice. Some of the communication skills will get polished during your training sessions in BPO. So if have the basic qualification and soft skills upto a certain basic level you could apply and get selected.
