Can i get a MBBs seat in j&k state if i will score b/w 350_400 my category is SC?

Dear.. the score required for admission as per category status can't be predicted this way. It only depends on the cutoff which will be released after the exam. However you need to keep a Target of minimum 500+ at least in order to secure your seat in a good government college. Hope you're getting my point. So work accordingly.. prepare well and study smart.!!

I know Mam but last year it was 363 for sc category in J&K state to get Mbbs seat

Every year the number of candidates increase.. also there droppers included. So based on this + the difficulty level of the paper.. all these are factors are responsible for variations in the cutoff range. May be this time it may cross 450-500 .. or even if can be less than last year's. Thus to be on the safe side and you get a good government college .. I suggested you to keep a high target.. so that atleast you can score nearly or even more than 500 .. then for sure it'll benefit you in all other ways.
