As you mentioned that you belong to OBC category then with your mentioned marks you can get seat in  the government college of telangna under 85 % state quota seats.

There is always  variation in the cut off ,sometimes it goes higher and sometimes its not .It depends on the various factors like  number of candidates are appearing, previous year cut-off trends, difficulty of paper etc. .
