Hey ,
As per Tamil Nadu state quota is seen , you must score 470+ marks to get a government medical college . As the NEET result is not out yet , so it is difficult to tell about the rank and government seat relation . Though you can go for any private college with such ranks . Here's the merit list of Tamil Nadu in NEET 2017 :-

You may have chances for admission to government medical colleges under state quota. You have good chances for admission to colleges like Madras Medical College, chennai

Government Vellore Medical College, Vellore and other colleges also.
