With 500 marks in UR category, it is very difficult for you to secure a seat in government medical college as the cutoffs are expected to be higher than previous year. But as you are asking, you have good chances of getting private MBBS seat in West Bengal with this score. As the cutoff for private medical college was 468 marks(Jagannath Gupta Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Kolkata) in 2018.
I would also like to tell you that your score is also eligible for getting admission in government dental college as the cutoff was 462 marks(Burdwan Dental College, Rajbati) in 2018. So you can also opt for BDS if you are interested.
