In India so many types of scholarship present. But every scholarship has own criteria and you have to be a meretorus students and got good marks.

You didn't mention which class you study right now. Because scholarship start from class 10th. Then you can get scholarship after completing your 12th and pursing college also. You have to apply for it. Infact you can get students loan from Bank for Higher studies. And you have to pay the loan by yourself.
