First of all congratulations for qualifying the neet exam ...
As we all know that cutoff increasing every year and we can't predict exactly  but we can predict mostly approx ,as you are getting 400+ marks but you haven't tell your category if you belong to general  category then it seems to moderate to get this college  but as it looks private college as it has a high fees structure and you are asking for management quota then you should apply for counselling because private college give admission on the basis of donation if you have a huge money to pay then try it or you can also take some good college  government in  bhms/bams field well it is your choice choose according to your wish
