Dilip you had a score which is 443. Yes, it is possible that you might get a seat in Assam which these scores and you too have a positive point that you have 85% state quota.

Having a glance on the cutoff for 2019:

• NEET cutoff percentile for the general category is 50th percentile, while the corresponding marks has been declared as 701 to 134. The cutoff for SC/ST/OBC category (40th percentile) is 133- 107 and for unreserved PwD candidates (45th percentile) it has been announced as 133- 120.
• Only those candidates who will score equal to or more than the NEET Cut off 2019 will be considered for admission to medical, dental and allied courses. Candidates who wish to pursue MBBS abroad will also be required to score marks equal to NEET cutoff 2019 in order to be deemed eligible.

So looking over the cutoff you are eligible to get a seat in Assam.
