Hello Aspirant ,

The ICAR cutoff marks range required for OBC category is 300-320 minimum in order to get a good college and desired course , usually BSc agriculture is the first choice. So since your score is below 300 , you may have difficulty getting an agriculture seat in a top college , chances are low. But you may other lower ranked colleges participating for other courses like horticulture or forestry.You may however wait till the last counselling round to try your chance in case vacant seats turns up . Possibilities will depend on number of seats available and number of applicants , so you can attend the counselling , you will get a college.
