In 2018, the MBBS cut-off for NRS medical college was 413 for SC candidates under the 85% state quota. If the same trend continues this year too then you might get a seat in the mentioned college.

However, the cutoff under ALL India Quota for SC candidates was 442. If the same trend continues, you won't be able to secure a seat in the mentioned college. But the cut-offs vary every year. So wait until the college releases its final cut-off this year.

You are eligible for 85% state quota if you have a domicile of West Bengal. Otherwise you will have to apply under the 15% All India Quota.
