Hi Rohith , yes you can get into private medical colleges in other states that you dont have reservation through all india quota,make sure you work hard smart and clear the exam with good marks, but beware of the hefty fees charged in private colleges these days, as my friend s brother is paying around 18 laks just for tuition fees per year, you have adequate time, prepare well and give your best shot and aim for government colleges , good luck
