Topiwala National Medical College and BYL Nair Charitable Hospital, Mumbai is one of the reputed government Medical colleges of India. So the cutoffs are quite high. Now going by last year's data, then it seems you have less chances of getting a seat there as the cutoff score for SC Catgory was 456 marks under state quota. http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra You can check it here.
