If we go by cutoffs for last two years, then there might be chances that you can get admission in Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Delhi. However, I must tell that in the last three years, the cut of rank for BCA for Ambedkar Institute of Technology has gone down significantly. From 4089 in 2015 to 1367 in 2017, the closing rank has been falling. Closing rank also depends on the number of candidates who have given the exam, level of difficulty of the exam etc.  
If not Ambedkar Institute of Technology, you can try at some other colleges such as BM Institute of Engineering and Technology and COMM-IT, Career Academy (Minority Educational Institution).
