Considering your score of 146 in NEET, it is highly improbable to secure a seat in BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) colleges especially Government colleges, whose cutoffs are considerably higher. However, there are possibilities in private colleges or through management quota (Management Quota). You may only have chances in states with a significantly lower cutoff than what your score could get you. Whatever decision you come to, keep in mind state counselling sessions and be sure to apply to as many colleges as possible to maximize your chances.
