So with regard to your query, No it is not possible for you to study the two courses in regular mode simultaneously, however, one course must be studied regularly and the other course can be studied in the distant mode.

You can not do both b. Com and b. Sc in regular because it is not valid if you want to do both courses together at same time than there is a option that you can do one of the course in regular mode and another in distance mode from different universities, then both the courses will be valid. UGC has approved a proposal to allow students pursue two degree at same time. A student can pursue two degree in different stream as well as from different institutions.
