In most of the colleges, classes start from 1st or 2nd week of August. So it's not too late. The only way you can get into a college is management quota. For that you have to contact to the college management, and they will ask for donations. Without this, there's no chance of getting into a college. Though it all depends on the availability of seats in the course in that college.
