Well Bhushan it depends on the college you are selecting.First i must say that 65% is a average score and college nowadays is only selecting best students. so you may not get admission in well reputed colleges, Give it a try though in average colleges.

 B.sc is a degree which is very popular among science student. There are various colleges and university which give admission on merit based marks but also there are some college and university which give admission only by conducting entrance exam. So you can apply for both and you have chances to get admission in b.sc.
